1. Please provide the exact wording and vision for designs while ordering. 2. You may email with any photos, inspirations, or design examples. 3. A mock-up will be emailed to you prior to shipping. 4. Once the mock-up has been sent, minor changes can be made (i,e. misspelling, minor color changes, photo placement, font changes). 5. Once mock-up is approved, there will be no changes. VERY IMPORTANT! Be sure to provide a valid e-mail address.If you do not respond within 72 hours, your order will be shipped as the mock-up is designed. Please be sure to check spelling and sayings for correctness. If something is misspelled or worded incorrectly and not corrected during the mock-up stage, the design will not be reprinted.

Ordering processing will be 10-15 business days. Shipping will occur by the 15th business day unless otherwise previously discussed. You will receive tracking information. It's important to place your order an advance and provide the ACTUAL event date. In the event that you put the incorrect date, we are not responsible for your package not arriving on time.

At the moment, we do not provide rush orders.

All orders are shipped with USPS Priority mail or UPS. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships. We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Any damage claims would have to be made with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the carrier. Once shipped, if there is a delay, please contact the carrier.

Due to the custom nature of my products, returns or cancellations cannot be accepted. If there are changes in plans, to where you need to make changes to your order, you may do that if your order has not been started yet. Once orders have been shipped, no refunds will be given.
